Tap tap ... Hi there, this thing on?

Thank you for signing up for Pilgrim Road, a pop-up photo newsletter by me, Michael Saltzman, while walking 800+ kilometers along del Norte of the Camino de Santiago, a network of ancient pilgrimage paths converging in Spain.

PR-CDN01 will be sent daily from tomorrow through early June as a (mainly) visual chronicle of my ambulations from Irun (though technically a few clicks north in Hendaye where I trained to from Paris) to the city of Santiago de Compostela.

This is a passion project and publishing experiment. But it's also a forcing function to get me to look closer. And so, thanks for humoring me and joining along.

I may occasionally ask a question so that this is more of a two-way conversation, were we shoulder to shoulder walking together. Your answers, totally optional. But would make this (and me) feel a special sorta whole. Will read / respond async in a month or so when PR-CDN01 is terminado. And so:
